A letter to all my readers
I know it’s been awhile since my last post. Life got a bit hectic between wedding planning, college, raising my two kids and our new puppy, so I decided it was time for a much-needed break to focus on some other things. But, now that everything has settled down, I’m back and have a ton of new stuff that I’m so excited to share with you guys!
Although I haven’t posted anything new in awhile, that doesn’t mean I haven’t been busy creating new recipes, workout reviews and lots of other good stuff. My amazing husband has also been working hard re-designing the whole site. I hope you love the new look as much as I do!
On another note, the wedding craziness, studying and mom life were a little hard to balance, so my nutrition and workouts were put on the back burner for a little while. I’m extremely motivated to get myself back to where I was and am looking forward to trying to help motivate you all as well.
