Insanity Max 30 Review
Insanity Max 30 is a workout by Shaun T, the same trainer in Insanity and T25. The program is all about pushing yourself to the limit and MAXING OUT. Every day, your goal is to go a little bit longer before you reach your max. Unlike the original Insanity, this program is for everyone, including beginners. The workouts are only 30 minutes each and they include a modifier if you’re just starting out. If you’ve tried Insanity and thought it was too difficult, this program may be a better option for you. On the other hand, if you loved Insanity and were able to get through it, this program is also a great choice for you. It’s similar to the Insanity workouts as far as intensity and effectiveness, but includes a ton of new moves.
The program is 60 days long and involves strength and cardio workouts. The first month includes these workouts:

You’re going to be doing an intense, 30-minutes workout 5 days a week, and then have two rest days in between. If you stick to the 60 day plan and follow the nutrition guide, you are guaranteed to burn fat and increase your stamina, endurance, strength and athletic ability. You will also tone your core and legs tremendously, without having to use any weights. It’s one of the best total body conditioning programs on the market and will get you in the best shape of your life in only 60 days!
If you’ve tried the 21 day fix and have the containers, I highly recommend using them with this program to get even better results. Just make sure you are fueiling your body BEFORE and AFTER these workouts, because you are going to need plenty of energy to get through them and you’ll need to replenish your body once you’re done.
