    1. Grill chicken breasts in skillet if you don’t have pre-cooked chicken already. Cut chicken in cubes and measure out two red containers. Set aside.
    2. Cook two servings of brown rice. Measure out two yellow containers. Set aside.
    3. In a large skillet, scramble your eggs.
    4. Add chicken, rice and vegetables to skillet; stir frequently, until everything is hot.
    5. Add soy sauce and stir well.
    6. Enjoy!
